All product images are for illustrative purposes. Minor variations in colour and design may occur due to the handcrafted nature of our products and screen display differences.

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. By placing an order, you confirm that the payment information provided is accurate and you are authorised to use the payment method.

Custom stitching orders are made-to-order based on the measurements and specifications you provide. Please ensure all measurements are accurate before placing an order, as errors in measurements provided by the customer are not our responsibility.

Custom orders may require additional processing time. Estimated delivery dates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed.

We ship across India and internationally. Shipping charges and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.
